Mackenzie + Luke
"Luke + I are high school sweethearts. We first met in high school when I was just 14 years old, and I've been crazy about him ever since."
Mackenzie's words are literally all this blog post needs. That's who they are, and what they do. They're young, fun and in so so love. I first met Mackenzie when she was probably 7 years old, as her brother and I {hey jake!} are the same age and attend the same elementary school! The two of them parted ways and started to attend a new school within a few years, but I'm so glad the love-gods brought Mackenzie, and her now fiancรฉ, Luke back in my direction.
As Luke + Mackenzie grew up in the little old town of Perth, they were set on a downtown engagement session! We started our time together at the Chateau Laurier as they shared kisses on Rideau St. and even managed to stop a little traffic! The further we walked, the closer the storm clouds came! By the end of their session, it was totally pouring. Thankfully, Luke is the real MVP and kept a huge smile on the entire time!
I had so much fun with these two and am already counting down the days until their Stonefields wedding next July! Mackenzie will make the most beautiful, vintage styled bride with the most handsome groom walking by her side <3
