I’d be lying if I didn’t say ALL of Mary’s loved her. I’d also be lying if I didn’t say that I think of Kole every time I hear the song Wobble Baby now.  Don’t ask.

Oh.

And I’d also be lying if I didn’t say WE LOVE STONEFIELDS ESTATE. Love. I had 10+ weddings at Stonefields in 2019 and it’s actually crazy how every single wedding was so different {as you’ll see if you keep following these blogs!}

Mary + Kole are the type of couple I dream of. When I sit down and think about WHO I want to work with as clients, they’ve become the definition.  Mary is just a small town Ottawa gal, and Kole is the guy she met running track at the University in Texas. Mary is this shy beautiful little gal and Kole is a true southern boy… I mean, he had a complete stranger video his proposal when he decided to get down on one knee in Nashville one December night.

Considering the couple met in Texas, where Kole’s family is from, Stonefields was the perfect compromise for an Ottawa wedding. It’s truly the best place for country lovers who require chic charm before ripping up the dance floor under the string lights!

We started the morning off at Portrait Salon before heading to Stonefields gorgeous bridal suite to get dressed!  I remember when I was first emailing Mary, she talked about trying to convince Kole to do a first look. But of course, that was one tradition Kole didn’t want to break. Now… I’m pro first look… but Kole’s reaction when he saw Mary come down the aisle blew me away. I will NEVER forget that moment, and because of these photos, Mary won’t either.

Thank you SO much for everything. This was definitely a wedding where I laughed, cried and celebrated. Congratulations to the sweetest couple <3
