Let me introduce you to yet another couple whose wedding was affected by COVID. Meet Taylor Faith + Nathan—my kinda people! They are both so kind and they just go with the flow. Their original wedding date was supposed to be in June, but weddings weren't allowed at that time so they had to postpone. They knew they 100000% wanted to get married in 2020, so they decided they wanted to have their wedding no matter what. Thankfully, guidelines allowed weddings by August and they were able to have their 2020 wedding, just with a shortened guest list! But, that really didn't affect their special day and it all went off without a hitch.

Taylor Faith + Nathan met in 9th grade in English class. They became close friends over the next couple of years and were dating by 11th grade…and the rest is history! They have been together for 12 years now!

They wanted their wedding feel similar to their engagements, which took place at their their family cottage. The wedding happened at The Herb Garden in Almonte, which was the perfect venue for them. The couple was so comfortable and laid back because they still had all of the love and special vibes, despite the pandemic happening.

Taylor and Nathan wanted their wedding to feel more like a backyard party! There were lawn games, beers flowing, and just an overall great party! Their ceremony took place under a gorgeous willow tree and then they had cocktail hour in the backyard, surrounded by string lights. The reception happened under a large, white tent and then they moved into the barn for their special first dance as husband and wife!

I had so much fun at this wedding. This couple knows how to have a good time! They also just announced they will be having a baby in May 2021, which is so exciting! They really embraced 2020 and truly made it one of their favourite years. Congratulations guys!
